The Kinder Morgan North Texas Pipeline LLC (“KM North Texas”) is a “Hinshaw” pipeline. Pursuant
to its blanket certificate, KM North Texas is authorized to transport natural gas in interstate
commerce to the same extent and in the same manner that intrastate natural gas
pipelines are authorized to engage in such activities.
KM North Texas’ system consists of approximately 82 miles of 30 inch pipe which currently
transports natural gas from an interconnect with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of
America (NGPL) in Lamar County, Texas to an interconnect with FPL Forney, LP. (FPLE)
in Kaufman County, Texas. KM North Texas also has an interconnect with Energy Transfer.
KM North Texas does not own or operate any storage facilities.
