Kinder Morgan Louisiana Pipeline ("KMLP") is an interstate gas transmission subsidiary of Kinder Morgan Energy Partners LP. KMLP is a natural gas pipeline company engaged in the business of transporting natural gas for interstate commerce. KMLP's system consists of two pipelines both originating at the Cheniere Sabine Pass LNG Terminal in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. One pipeline, Leg 1, is a 42" pipeline extending northeast approximately 132 miles, terminating at Columbia Gulf Transmission Company in Evangeline Parish Louisiana. The other pipeline located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana, Leg 2, is a 36" pipeline, approximately 1 mile long, interconnecting with Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LP ("NGPL") and continuing on NGPL to two delivery interconnects near Johnsons Bayou through pipeline capacity that KMLP has leased on NGPL. The pipeline system has an initial design capacity of 2,130,000 dekatherms per day on Leg 1 and 1,597,500 dekatherms per day on Leg 2 into NGPL of which 200,000 dekatherms per day of Leg 2's capacity extends to Johnsons Bayou through the KMLP leased capacity on NGPL.

FTS: Firm Transportation Service ITS: Interruptible Transportation Service

(FTS) Firm Transportation Service Provides firm transportation service where customers have rights to pipeline and point capacities on the basis of contracted receipt and delivery points. Additionally, customers have access to other points within and outside the selected path. (ITS) Interruptible Transportation Service Provides interruptible transportation service. Customers with this service have access to all receipt and delivery points on the system.
