KinderHawk Field Services LLC (KinderHawk) is a premier midstream natural gas company that provides gathering, treating and dehydration services in the prolific Haynesville and Bossier Shale areas of northwest Louisiana.

KinderHawk owns an extensive network of newly constructed and state of the art gathering, treating and dehydration facilities located in one of the most active drilling areas in the United States (Bossier, Caddo, Webster, Bienville, De Soto and Red River Parishes, Louisiana). The final build out of the gathering, treating and dehydration system will result in a capacity well in excess of two billion cubic feet of natural gas per day (2 Bcf/d).

 KinderHawk’s goal is to satisfy the needs of those producers requiring gathering and treating services in northwest Louisiana. The KinderHawk system is an open system available to all producers. KinderHawk’s creative marketing team is willing to work with producers to design specific services that satisfy their needs. Those needs may include either Firm or Interruptible gathering and treating services. KinderHawk offers both.

 

 KinderHawk's high pressure system is rated at 1,440 psig MAOP. Measurement associated with the system is state of the art. KinderHawk has corrosion protection plans in place and adheres to applicable regulatory requirements of OSHA, EPA, DOT and Louisiana gas volume reporting requirements.

 

 KinderHawk owns the majority of its treating facilities, which are designed to efficiently remove CO2 and other contaminants as well as dehydrate the gas. The treating facilities are located at strategic centralized points on the KinderHawk system and have multiple trains to minimize interruptions. All of KinderHawk's treating facilities are newly or recently installed and state of the art.

 

 Firm Gathering and Treating Service: For those customers concerned with interruptions of gathering and treating service, KinderHawk offers firm gathering and treating service. Firm service typically provides firm capacity from receipt point to delivery point. Customers can work with KinderHawk's marketing team to develop additional flexibility.

 

 Interruptible Gathering and Treating Service: KinderHawk also contracts with producers on an interruptible basis for gathering and treating service. Interruptible service, as the name implies, is subject to interruption by KinderHawk.
