in completing any of the forms for access to DART,
please contact the DART Security Coordinator at (713) 369-6767.
For Interstate Pipelines Scheduling questions or any other non-security related
DART questions that may arise during normal business hours, please contact your
Scheduling Representative. For after hour's issues, please call the
Transportation Scheduling Hotline at (713) 369-9683.
For Midstream (Intrastate ) Pipelines Scheduling questions during and after normal business hours, please contact your Scheduling Representative or the on-call Scheduling Representative.

Customers Requesting DART Access For The First Time:
New customers whether using our Interstate or Midstream (Intrastate) pipeline
systems will need to read the DART Security Process summary and submit
the following documents:
1. DART System License Agreement(s)for the appropriate pipeline group - there is one
for Interstate Pipelines and one for Midstream (Intrastate) Pipelines groups.),
and
2. An External Security Administrator(ESA) Request form(s) for the appropriate
pipeline group.

Existing DART Customers:
If you are an established customer, meaning your company already has
DART agreement(s) on file with us, you only
need to complete the User Security Request and Acknowledgement of Responsibilityform to obtain a logon ID.

Agency:
If you are an Agent you will need to fill out and submit a Delegation form for each
Principal for which you are Agent. Likewise, a Principal can fill out and submit a
Delegation form for each Agent but only one Delegation Agreement is needed for each
Agent/Principal relationship.
