Eagle Ford Crossover LLC ("EFX") is a 50/50 joint venture between Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. and Copano Energy, L.L.C. EFX owns and operates approximately 66 miles of 24" and 20" pipeline along with compression facilites in Bee, Goliad, Refugio and Matagorda Counties, Texas. These facilities are connected to Kinder Morgan Texas and Kinder Morgan Tejas pipeline systems and serve to transport rich gas to third party processing plants on the Texas Gulf Coast.
